Clean Pods. Great staff. Lovely facilities. Brilliant toilet and shower facilities. Minor teething issues for a new place: Room Doors slamming all night. So constantly being woken up. They need something to slow the fire doors down when closing. Air conditioning doesn’t work in the pods. It ends up being freezing cold. One machine charges for hot water whilst another doesn’t - this isn’t clear when making tea. No milk of any sort provided for the tea bags. WiFi option requires accepting terms that doesn’t work with work vpn. No phone signal at all. So you can’t event hotspot off the phone. They need a backup password WiFi. Vending machines are futuristic so takes awhile to figure out how to use them. It doesn’t display all items in the machine on the screen, so confusing what you can and can’t buy. But these are minor issues considering how great the place is.

Stayed for three night and loved it, very clean and modern ( only been open two weeks ) .Some of the best sleep I’ve had in ages the quiet with a slight hum of air-con and total black out was a dream . The technology takes a little getting used to, follow a link to check in and download a QR code which is your key to get in etc. Would highly recommend as an experience and for what I paid to be in the middle of SOHO A stones throw from Oxford street, made London so accessible. Staff were all lovely and helpful, a very enjoyable stay. Would not hesitate to book again. It’s abit like camping because the showers, toilets are separate, so next time I go would pack slippers/flipflops for going to bathroom shower, and a dressing gown, kimono , PJs or cover up type item. I just wanders round in my towel ! And a wash bag with a hook/loop would be helpful Recommend a top nest easier to climb into than crouch down and crawl in .

Fantastic spot super central, wonderful helpful onsite staff.... needed to be as access was impossible from arrival. Did not receive qr entrance code, every time used had to be reset.. meaning every door would not open... meant to be easy access ....so not! Time consuming, sent emails to the owning company have had zero response. Bathrooms filthy.. dirty tissue laden floors, no shampoo, no toilet paper. Bins filled to overflowng on evey floor Dirty carpets with food spillednonto them. Suitcases and shoes stree in corridors ..outside my pod door...fire hazard and dangerous for tripping . Clean once inside the pod but soon as you leave your spot its dreadful. Shame as new business, done with such little thought and care. Unprofessional and have requested a refund but imagine I wont ever hear back!
