    A simple hotel with superb location. Just outside of Paddington station. Room is decent. Breakfast is included which is rare in London. Great hotel to stay in for transit to outskirts or airport

    First time staying in the Paddington area, as we were flying out of Heathrow the following morning and the Heathrow express is an easy way to get there. The Hilton is superbly placed for ease of travelling from the station, in fact it has direct access to station, so you never have to even go outside to get there. The bus stops directly out the front. The underground is also right there. The staff were great, the location couldn't be better and the room was superb, although it is a massive hotel and our GWR room was quite a way from the front desk, but in such an historic building, that has to be expected. We will stay again in the future and would recommend the Hilton to anyone. 5 star 🌟

    I've stayed at this hotel many times for its great location at Paddington Station. However, on my recent trip, water was seeping from the shower curtain and flooding the bathroom — apparently an issue for over a year. Toilet amenities were also almost zero, just one shower cap. Hope management can fix this, as the location is otherwise perfect.
