Another lovely stay at this hotel. The staff are very kind and accommodating without being overly fussy and intrusive. The location is incredible. This is my second stay here and I got an upgrade to a very spacious room by London standards. Importantly, as a woman travelling alone I also felt very safe. I will be back again soon!
Nothing much. The corridors are a little dark and the carpet makes the stairs hard to see so could be a tripping hazard.

Very good air condition and elevator
Outdated furniture of the rooms we got (economy double and twins)
No mini-fridge in both rooms
