    No doubt the location is good. I stayed for 6 nights and the room has no air cond and stuffy during the September sun. It is horrible. No toiletries, no kettle nothing ..basically just a room and no cleaning for 6 nights. Photos of the has kettle and toiletries and all were not there. Look the room ..practically there is no space to move if there was another person in the room. What an experience Agoda.

    If the guy on reception hadn't let me check out an hour later than the ridiculous 10 a.m. checkout I would leave a very bad review. But to help the hotel improve, here are just a few things that are needed to change to improve the room. LONG HAIR ON TOILET SEAT, TOILET DIRTY, GLASS SHELF IN BATHROOM MISSING, TOILET ROLL HOLDER BROKEN OFF THE WALL AND MISSING, COULD NOT OPEN WINDOW, INEFRCTIVE BLIND IN BETROOM LETTING IN ALL THE LIGHT, NOT EVEN A CUP OR GLASS FOR TEETH CLEANING, STAINS ON THE DUVET, BADLY STAINED CARPET, SOCKETS EVERYWHERE BUT NOT BESIDE BED, MOULD IN BATHROOM.

    The hotel was in a good location to travel around London. Beds were comfortable with clean bedding and we all got a good nights sleep. Unfortunately, the rooms were tiny, bathrooms even smaller and the showers were dirty and unuseable
