We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and always very friendly and welcoming. I had a situation that required assistance and they were very helpful.

Great hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had a good selection for all tastes. Room was compact but had everything you need and close to tube station

Great location, virtually next to a station of the central line, and just a 10min walk from a circle line station.
Started each morning with a full english breakfast at the hotel and then went off across the street, into hyde park to walk (by choice) to our target-site visit of the day.
The hotel staff was super friendly, accommodating, and they prepared a nice, personalized welcome for my wife's birthday (card,with a nice message, chocolate, balloons, etc.). They helped her feel all the more special and added to the london-visit experience in the most positive way!

A decent accommodation for the price although some cleaning, specifically air vent grills, could use some attention. The bathroom is not particularly nice but this seems to be the standard in these older London hotels/ buildings. The TV also was not too great and only played music stations and a few select old shows.
Staff was always great and it is located very close to Lancaster Gate and Paddington is not too far so getting around on the tube was easy from here. Hyde park is close by for having a nice walk about with the family. Would stay again since the tested were reasonable.
