    Took Heathrow Express to Paddington then short walk to Pilgrm. Micky helpful at reception. Upgraded to bigger room. Porter Sammy helpful in moving bags. Adequate breakfast. Great base to walk around London.

    The location is exceptional, just a two minute walk to Paddington station. The room was bigger than anticipated and I had plenty of space as a solo traveller with a big suitcase. The bed was comfy and the fan was appreciated as there is no air con. A super easy and comfy short stay.

    this is all you need for a short stay: great location - few mins walk to main train station, loads of restaurants, bus stops, convenience store, pharmacy; react to my request promptly - provide extra electric fan in the room; friendly staff. will definitely recommend to my friends!

    Room was hot as hell due to no air conditioning. Room way tiny with nowhere to put anything. There is no point in all these pared back facilities if it is impossible to get a nights sleep.
