    Made a mistake to book the place with no AC in summer, granted this was stated clearly in the official website, hence no fault of theirs. The staff were excellent and apologetic for lack of AC in the rooms. Heatwave season! The room was also much smaller than expected. For the price in other seasons could be considered fair. Great location.

    Wonderful location on a lively street just yards from Paddington this is a quirky and stylish hotel with good facilities, sizeable rooms and lots of nice little touches including a great lounge and coffee shop downstairs and lovely staff. Definitely stay here again

    Well designed boutique hotel at a very convenient location. Staff were accommodating and allowed me an early check in which was amazing after a 13 hour flight.

    Room was hot as hell due to no air conditioning. Room way tiny with nowhere to put anything. There is no point in all these pared back facilities if it is impossible to get a nights sleep.
