Location. Suited our purpose and was very quiet.
The two ladies on reception on our arrival could have been a little more friendlier. Also I was asked for ID and when I asked what ID, they asked for my passport. Unfortunately as I live in the UK I do not travel with my passport. Luckily I had my driving licence otherwise I would not have been able to produce any ID.

Super clean, modern and comfortable room. Great for a night or two in London before a train trip, it's only a 5 minute walk to Paddington station. The restaurant was also lovely, so very happy I made the choice to book this hotel for my short stay.

The location
Every hotel has a bad room .. but we definitely had theirs . Lower ground floor , a beacon of artificial / security light coming through the tiny window next to a noisy tradesman entrance that opened and slammed close all night . Very very smalll room .
