Airy and light with really good air con in the room
Room was tiny bathroom basically a shower cubicle in corner of room - no biscuits with tea and coffee

Very good location and nice design. The place is comfortable.
The front desk staff seemed to really struggle with basic tasks, often making the situation more confusing or not following up on them at all.
