    First of all, i did not received any email from them for online check in process. And i have been waited outside of the building for 15mins to get the password and get in. On the check out day, we planed to keep our bags at the storage provider as they provided (free of charge) and they gave me an expired code so that i have to pay by myself. After we had breakfast and back to room for packing, some staff broke in to my room as shown on pictures without any notification or confirmation from us, while all of our properties are inside. We waited for another 15 mins for the staff to come and tackle the issue and take care of our luggages. She is friendly and helpful. But the whole experience is still sucks.
