The beds were comfy, the staff were very helpful, the breakfast was ok. Lovely old building maybe needing a little bit of attention re paintwork but generally ok, good value for money as location is great!

We found some tablets and crumbs in the desk drawer.

Loved the hotel, stunning interior. Location was perfect for our reason for travelling as we were going to Hyde Park music festival. Short walk to a bus stop with easy access into piccadily Travelled with mum who has bad mobility and the hotel accommodated easily. View was okay over a back road but we were never in except to sleep. Beds super comfy. No noise either from other guests. Slept like a baby which is rare for me for travelling. The breakfast is £12 per person and a choice of hot cooked breakfast or cold continental buffet And was value for the money Staff were very friendly and helpful always had a smile and were quick to offer any assistance needed

Needs a caution hot waters in bathroom as hot water gets very hot. Shower head not good for tall people. Taps a little hard to turn if you have issues with your hands. Needs a option step offered to help get in and out of bath if you have mobility issues.

The hotel is a short stroll away from the underground and Hyde Park. The rooms are spacious and clean and we had a king size bed. The breakfast is a continental one, but plenty full.

The temperature in London when we were there was 30 + degrees, there's no air conditioning in the room, therefore we had to have the window open and a fan on all night.

I didn’t expect my room was behind the fire exit door and the bathroom and the bed on different levels.
