    Everything about the is hotel is amazing. Location is amazing and right in front of the beautiful Hyde Park. I can’t say enough about how the staff were amazing and superb. They are friendly and accommodating. I will definitely come next time to this hotel.

    I had a disappointing check in experience. When I arrived, the first receptionist was disrespectful and not welcoming. I had to wait more than two hours before getting my room, which was very frustrating. The situation improved only when another lady assisted me. I think she was the shift in charge. She was more helpful, and I appreciated her support. Other than that, the rest of the stay was fine. But the poor service at check in affected my overall impression of the hotel.

    Was expecting partial views of the park base on the photos in agoda. Got full view of the parking lot instead.
