Is location for our stay was perfect and in walking distance of Paddington
I was under the impression that I had booked breakfast but I was told I hadn’t I I do think for the price payed breakfast should have been provided

The property was fantastic with a great location
We could not get through the Paddington Basin barrier and had to push our luggage all the way from the gate to the hotel. Also when leaving I encountered a rude member of staff who told me if the gate does not open then I have to take my luggage there although I was specifically told by another member of staff that they can ask security to open the gate. His manner and tone was offensive

The staff are all very polite and welcoming- organised our rooms close to each other.
Pool was great for a relaxing swim and newly furnished room was very comfortable.

The pool and location were fabulous the staff were really helpful. I liked that you could sit down whilst booking in /waiting to book in
Considering the cost the room was shabby. If booking com hadn't got me such a great price I would have been robbed. I was still robbed at the price I paid.The room was like a tatty low budget hotel.It had been cleaned well but it was hard to make it look better than it was.It just felt cheap and nasty.
