Location and breakfast excellent. Room facilities good.

Location is amazing , good noise and vibration insulation being next to busy rail way .. not felt at all
Easy check in & out.
Cenrral air blower without air conditioning and not suitable for our comfort temperature in August, limited access guest number for the pool by booking, drinking water refilling from central water fountain across floor alleyway.
Still Under major renovation.

One room got upgraded to one of the new rooms, which was amazing!
The standard room didn’t have enough plugs to charge the phone and they were not next to the bed.

Great location.
Drilling and maintenance going on after check-in.
No water in the room, just a bottle you have to fill up.
All of which would have been fine in a budget hotel but at £415 a night, it was a bit disappointing.
