The apartment is well appointed. Facilities are new. However housekeeping can be irregular. When you request something sometimes it takes a while to come or it never and you have to keep asking. Otherwise the rest are all good. Cleaning is only once a week since this is an apartment hotel.

Great hotel. The location is wonderful if you’re flying in and out of Heathrow and/or taking the train to regional centres from Paddington station.

Prime location, rooms bathed in abundant sunlight, and the self check-in/check-out is exceptionally convenient and swift. It won’t disturb your rest during your stay. If you need anything or have questions, just contact them via WhatsApp—the hotel is keeping up with the times using AI smart replies. Ample kitchenware if you are too tired to go out for meals. Tesco and Marks & Spencer right downstairs make it immensely handy. Highly recommend this hotel!!!!

Nice smart hotel with good facilities. Train station nearby but quite a rough area. A lot of homeless so watch your bags at all times. Room wasn’t cleaned at all during our stay so we had to ask for more towels on our 3rd day. Close to Paddington but I probably would stay closer to the centre if I was staying again
