    The location is unbeatable, with excellent transport links and nearby shopping that make getting around and exploring easy. The staff are friendly and the facilities meet expectations, though the view leaves something to be desired. Cleanliness and housekeeping could be better, which impacts overall comfort. Good amenities add value, but some improvements would enhance the stay.

    We have stayed at Zedwell several times before, which is why this recent visit was quite disappointing compared to our previous experiences. Firstly, the soundproofing was poor. We found it difficult to get a good night's sleep because we could clearly hear footsteps in the corridors and doors constantly banging. Secondly, there was rubbish left in the hallway, and there was an unpleasant smell in both the lobby and our room. Overall, this stay did not meet the standard we have come to expect from Zedwell. It was disappointing to see that the level of maintenance and overall guest experience was not as good as during our previous visits.
