    it walking distance to china town with various food along the way. there is small store in front of the hotel that you can buy drinks and snacks. helpfull staff ❤️

    Booked this room on the basis of being rated excellent. Mine and my daughters stay was far from this. On first impression was met with a smile and checking in was great. Got to the room and wow, you wouldn't be able to swing a cat in there. Had requested a large bed but got a small double. Secondly the room was roasting compared to outside, called reception to be informed the ac was broken and should be repaired by the evening time. Ok so went out and explored, returned in the evening around 9pm, room still roasting!!! Called reception again, apparently engineers couldn't repair, asked to speak to a manager that just brushed if off, she couldnt give me a yes or no if it would be repaired. The room was to hot to sleep in, was offered a cooler, got a desk fan. Too tired to argue so tried to sleep. Worst sleep in my life!!! Second day told no idea when ac would be repaired, again offered a cooler, a guy turned up to the room with a tray of ice, even he didnt know what to do with it. Gave up and decided we would leave first thing in the morning. Would never stay there again or recommend to anyone. Have travelled the world and stayed in some posh and cheap hotels, this was by far my worst experience. Zero stars.

    The double room we booked was the smallest room we have ever stayed in ....tiny. Bathroom sink plug broken.

    So on check in we were told the air conditioning wasn't working in our parents room but not to worry a portable ac had been put in there. Once entering the room it was unbearable. So I mentioned at reception that the unit wasn't working and not cooling the room down I was told it would take a bit of time and not to worry........didn't work at all throughout the night Just blasted warm air through the room. Complained this morning at reception, was told I would get a 20% refund.....we shall see. Shame as the hotel is in a great location
