    A wonderful stay, nice room. Small but functional bathroom. Bizarre point, we only had one chair in the room, when I asked for a second one, they said the rom only comes with one chair. It has a small round coffee table but only one of us could sit down, the other had to sit on the bed. This was the only detraction from a great stay. Door staff exceptional. Bar was a gem and must-visit experience, have one of their wide-range of gins. I will be staying again.

    A great hotel absolutely well located to the underground , walking distance to theatres and the national gallery .. shops and Covent Garden nearby makes it an ideal base .. I neeed vitamins and Holland and Barratt were a few doors away so is m&S and sainsbury Supermarts all walking distance . The room and pillows are so comfortable ..

    The location is great; however, the single room does not have a toilet door, and the toilet bowl faces the bed directly. For solo travelers who are uncomfortable sleeping while facing the toilet bowl, I would recommend opting for the double-bed room instead. I initially chose the single room and had to go through a slightly intense discussion with the staff when requesting a room change. Despite that, I am still happy with the overall experience, as the staff were eventually willing to upgrade me to a double-bed room. I appreciate their willingness to accommodate my request in the end.

    We stay at 8 for. 2 of the elevators was out of out of service and each access to the room was a nightmare. Resulting in long queues each time
