Location was excellent, not too far from underground station and the Royal Albert Hall. The room was very clean, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Nice, big towels!
Tea and coffee making facilities would have been nice, although, as we booked a 'petite' room this would have been difficult , to be fair.

The staff were absolutely amazing and nothing was too much for them. The level of hospitality was astounding for such an affordable hotel and the location was excellent. Will definitely be staying here again for our visits to London.

Comfortable room in a great location. Fun aesthetic and friendly staff
Whilst the bar was lovely the prices were wild even for London.

The location is good being close the Kensington High St
The room was very small with little storage space for clothes and the double bed was pushed right up against the window. When the air conditioning was turned on there was a stale smell in the room so it was better to open the window for air. Having paid up front for 2 nights we were a bit surprised to have a letter pushed under the door on the last night with an ‘invoice’ for a discretionary 5% service charge. The explanation given was than nobody carries cash any more so the staff do not get as much in tips for their service. We reluctantly paid it having been assured that all of the money went to the staff.
