Excellent location right next to the park and the Royal Albert Hall. Very charming decoration and you can feel the hotel’s history and character. Really lovely staff.
Room was tiny, although this is common in Central London. The historic bar is chaotic and full of rowdy groups. Fine if that’s your vibe but don’t expect a quiet, classy cocktail joint - this isn’t that.

Amazing location - right next to the Royal Albert Hall and the Natural History Museum is 5 minutes down the road. Kensington High Street is just 10 minutes away - so you feel really in the heart of things. Gorgeous decor inside. The bar is particularly special as there's the Rolling Stones connection. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy.
We went for the budget room and it really was quite small - so if I were booking again, I'd get an upgrade. The shower wasn't very powerful and ran off hot and cold taps, so it was difficult to gauge the temperature.

Beautiful building in ideal location. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast
My small room lacked accessible curtains or blinds, The only seating was a rickety kitchen chair I could buy from a junk shop for £10, so it was impossible to sit and read or watch tv or eat if using room service.
