The location was great for Portabello Market, the room was cleaned daily, and the breakfast was lovely and served on time each morning in your room. loved having onsite parking was good to know our car was safe
The towels could have been a little newer and perhaps changed daily also, but its a small critic

Nothing really to complain about. It’s on the corner of a busy road - but it’s also very well positioned within central London and to public transport.

The staff was exceptionally nice , knowledgeable, quick to respond.
Kinda needs new mattresses. But that was the only thing.

The location was excellent for our trip, spacious, clean room, comfy beds, fridge, coffee machine, lovely little courtyard garden out the front. All staff very pleasant and friendly. Ample Continental breakfast served to the room which was perfect.
