    I have stayed many times in this area and Roseate House was the best of the best. It is beautifully appointed, warm and welcoming. It was perfect for two women travelling together. The staff could not have been more helpful. They were all delightful and friendly.

    Wonderful unobtrusive hotel in residential area close to Paddington station, Kensington Park, and several restaurants. Room was comfortable and impeccable and staff most helpful. Would recommend without reservation.

    We were back in London and staying at our favorite hotel. This is our sixth or seventh time staying here. The great staff, superb location, and comfortable beds make us feel like it is our home away from home. Special shout out to Hamish, Emma and Vishnu for their welcoming smiles and excellent service.
