    The first room they gave us didn’t have a working AC but the staff transferred us to another room. They also allowed us to leave our luggage for two days as we had in between check out to go some place else. Staff were amazingly friendly. However, they do not allow early checkin even if you are willing to pay extra. All in all still would recommend.

    First got to my room and it was lovely but was one of the lower ground rooms. So I asked reception if I could have a room that was bit higher up, they were amazing and let me have a Look around 3 different rooms for me to pick out of. Hotel was in fab location definitely will come back in future

    They just changed to a new management team. Hopefully they turn this hotel around. The doors wouldn't open with the card twice. When closing the doors they slam shut making a loud noise. Breakfast is overbooked and you have to wait in line up to 30min. Its cheap for a reason.

    It proved impossible to contact the hotel in advance to check my reservation. When I arrived reception staff couldn’t find my reservation until I insisted I had one. Room was small, furnishings tired and a basement room actually overlooked from pedestrians on the street above.. The whole fabric of the place is worn. If it was advertised as a three star hotel, I’d shrug my shoulders, but four? It really isn’t that level of quality.
