    We had a room for 2. Nights and the AC was faulty so was moved to a sister hotel not far away, however this was to a retreat style hotel which offered a vegan breakfast only not buffet which was paid for. I have contacted the hotel directly and have to date not had a response

    It was a great hotel in a very good location. The staff was friendly and helpful! The only downside was that the room was a bit too hot! The air condition was working but not much air was coming out, even at the highest setting. As for the price, yes, it was more affordable that other hotels nearby, however still very much expensive!!

    We booked for our 25th Wedding anniversary and on arrival were told that we weren't staying here but at their sister hotel nearby as they had over booked the hotel - staff member later said this is done regularly. The sister hotel is Scandi style and although listed as double the price at over *** per night it was a lower standard. promised something would be put in the room to apologize and wasn't. Room is very small and basic, Bathroom has a glass door and the toilet is next to this and about a metre from the bed so no privacy, but we booked a 'Deluxe' room. No wardrobes or space in the bathroom to hang a towel. Booked full English breakfast for just short of £20 and was given a vegan one, with two slices of bread, two scrambled eggs and half a tomato with one small coffee, no refills and OJ was another £7.50 per glass. There were two to three other choices but all vegan - the original hotel has a full buffet with fruit etc. Not what we wanted or booked and ridiculously priced, seems to be a tactic to over book and ship you to another hotel. Staff in the park Grand were rude but in the sister hotel very nice and location was good and hotel generally clean, if we had got what we booked I think we would have been happy with our stay.
