1. The location
2. Luckily was able to change room as per I have placed booking. Earlier we got a very small room. For 5 bags it was ridiculous.
1. Housekeeping does not vacuum the room until I have to put a note
2. Initially put me n my daughter with 5 bags in a small room.

Great location. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff.
Some mix up caused us to have to move rooms after 1 night but we were upgraded to better room as hotels fault.

The AC's were randomly working, ON and OFF on it's own....like mood swings. Had moments of sleepless nights, due to claustrophobic room.
for a Hilton name, the basic amenities of room cooling could be maintained. The entrance was so narrow, that one could barely walk in with the bag.
