    We had a fantastic stay at The Hari and were really impressed from start to finish. What stood out most was the exceptional staff - everyone we encountered was genuinely warm, friendly and attentive without ever being overbearing. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and the level of service really made the stay feel special The bedroom was excellent - we received an upgrade on check-in. Beautifully designed, stylish and incredibly comfortable. It had everything you could want for a relaxing stay, with a real sense of quality throughout. The attention to detail and immaculate condition of the room were particularly impressive The location is also hard to beat. Situated in Belgravia, it’s in a lovely, peaceful part of the city while still being within easy reach of some of the city’s best shopping, restaurants and attractions. It’s the perfect base for exploring London, with the added bonus of coming back to somewhere that feels calm and welcoming Overall, The Hari combines a fantastic location, beautiful rooms and, above all, genuinely outstanding staff. We will definitely be back

    1. The floor had visible stains, and the carpet was also stained. (I have photos) The overall cleanliness needs improvement. 2. Daily housekeeping was not done unless I went to reception and requested it. If I left without informing reception, I would return to an uncleaned room. 3. I stayed for 7 days. When I requested a late check-out, I was only given until 12:30 PM. In most hotels, guests are usually given until 1:00 PM, but here, any later check-out required an additional £100.
