    Easy Walking distance from shopping, museums, theatre’s and Buckingham Palace Staff could not be friendlier and always accommodating All round this fabulous Hotel cannot be faulted

    Nicely appointed boutique hotel but room felt cramped & not worth room rate. Wardrobe that is not fit for purpose. Asked if possible to move room & was only offered something after first night that had unusable shower. Was told the hotel was full & there were no other room options which was untrue as availability was showing on website. Unfriendly reception staff with bad attitude & inconsistent service in bar. Potentially a great hotel but felt very let down mainly by service & attitude. Would not stay here again, there are nicer options for the price & less.
