One of the best hotels you stayed at. Great staff, attentive to every need.
    8.8 / 10Excellent·Sep 2026
This hotel is walking distance to Buckingham Palace, Victoria Station and great restaurants. The staff is wonderful. Our room had a few problems, like plugs that didn’t work, light fixtures misaligned, like attention to detail would have gone a long way and it is not cheap! I expected more from the room. Having said that, location and staff were amazing and I still recommend it.

Very convenient location for the palace and rail routes. Lovely room breakfast and staff were really friendly and helpful. Loved the whole experience. We were in the royal suites and they were lovely.

Firstly staff were good, but hotel is incredibly dated. The staff had attempted to suggest it was a style choice but it really was bad. The corridors to the rooms are shockingly bad.
