Fantastic location. Staff are excellent. Ormer Restaurant is recommended. Agoda offered a great rate on the Executive Room, which was fabulous to stay in.

We paid extra for breakfast and was disappointed to learn we had to pay on top for anything other than a continental breakfast. Seems a very strange way to do things

lobby had a gross (sewery?) smell. Lots of misunderstandings with staff, including food requests. Room tiny
