    We had a really foul stench in the room coming from the toilet. It smelled like a dead rat or stale poop. We also didnt get our room sorted till almost close to midnight even though we arrived at the hotel before noon. Understandably the room wouldnt be ready before noon so we left for our outing for the day only to return to the hotel to be infomred that our room is not ready. We had mistakenly booked an accesssible room and requested to change to a regular room. We were not assigned any room until we repeatedly raised our displeasure with the night front desk team. We finally got a room at midnight. Overall service was very poor.

    Great location. Good hotel. Only issue was cleaning of the room - had to ask for this to be done on a daily basis. There was no card in the room that could be hung outside the door.

    The only thing this hotel has going for it is its location for Hyde park. Guests appear to be an inconvenience to the staff especially in the bar and reception. We had no fridge in the room as advertised just a hole where it should have been, reported to reception who said it “wasn’t a fridge it was a cooler” but they would send someone to check ( I guess she didn’t think I knew what a fridge looks like🤷🏻‍♂️) anyway no one turned up so warm drinks for the duration in 32 degree heat. Floor under bed was filthy and a previous guests sock under the wardrobe along with various other bits and pieces. The tiles in the bathroom were chipped and dirty and shower gel was empty. Poor standards for a so called big brand hotel. Have stayed in much better cheaper hotels. Wouldn’t use again and wouldn’t recommend. I guess despite the previous replies the management really haven’t “taken the comments to the team”. One to avoid

    This is a simple clean hotel close to Hyde Park and transport routes. I was expecting Hilton for the price I paid but received a simple hotel with very basic service. I was shocked I had to ask for my room to be serviced. This was only explained when I inquired. I was also concerned that vacuum cleaners and rubbish was also left in bags outside my room.
