The staff here are wonderful and kind and accommodating. We had a ridiculous amount of heavy and large luggage and they were so kind to take it up for us- we were on the top floor- and to take it down for us. The room had amazing air conditioning, which was needed as it was very hot. The food and drinks at the pub were great. The location is amazing. Close to four metro stops and within walking all over Notting Hill and a quick walk to Hyde Park. The bed was comfortable. We liked having a refrigerator and a Nespresso machine.
The only small thing would be the pillows were a bit flat and not as comfortable as the bed was.

The room was beautiful. Great bed linen - we both slept very well. Bathroom was really clean and the location was perfect for our needs. Breakfast was superb! We would certainly stay here again
