All round a great deal, including an excellent breakfast.

We arrived here at 9pm. The staff was nice and trying to get us the most comfortable place. The room was so clean and huge that we were happy. Don’t miss the wonderful breakfast !

This property is clean and the staff are friendly and very helpful. WiFi is available at reasonable speed but the best part is the location is near to local amenities , public transport, hyde park and restaurants. Overall, its offers good valuer for money.

I would start off with saying this was a terrible stay. Firstly, when I was checking in the lady insisted I didn't have breakfast until I provided proof.
When I got to the room, the room was freezing with the air-conditioning on which I was unable to close since there was no remote and the on of switch didn't work. I had to go back to the main building and ask them to switch the air-conditioning off which they did was the main panel.
To make matters worse, there was no heating and no temporary heating provided which meant I had to sleep in a cold room overnight.
I almost got a cut on my foot as there was broken ceramic in the floor as shown in the photos.
The TV in the room didn't work and neither did the WiFi. Since the room was in the basement it meant I had no phone signal.
Finally, no tea bags in the room and the milk was out of date as can be seen in the photo when you zoom in.
I felt I'd been overcharged for such a terrible room.
Would I recommend after all this, certainly not.
