    My experience was very disappointing. I faced difficulties accessing my room two times, and the staff member shouted at me instead of providing proper assistance. Communication with the management company was also difficult. Overall, the lack of professionalism, customer service, and support made my stay unpleasant. I would not recommend this accommodation.

    All is perfect. But there is no elevator. This is the main disadvantage for travellers with heavy luggage.

    The environment is nice, good room, with fair facilities. The reading table was bad, and it wasn't replaced. No one to complain to. At least there should be a contact person in case there is an issue to complain to
