Flexible check-in, the receptionist was very welcoming too, and the hotel was easy to find and ideally located close to Paddington station. The price was reasonable for the room.
The bathroom was not very clean and the fridge in the room was full of mould and dirty. The bedding was fine but not so comfortable.

Love how close it is to everything
Only thing I would note is the curtain in my room was broken so I had no privacy

The room was tidy but very basic.
The place isn't welcoming. The staff were welcoming but just offered basic information. Nothing about the WiFi etc,.you are ment to read it on the notification on the table and if you missed it like I did with check out time, then you could be stuck.
