    Lovely hotel only 5 mins walk from Tube or main line aswell as closeness to Little Venice and local waterways. Super helpful staff. Clean and well maintained with care to keep everything tip top. Nothing too much to aid super stay.

    This hotel room was perfect for our London stay. It was easy walking distance to Paddington Station and many stores, restaurants and bars. The staff were lovely, breakfast was great and luggage storage on check out was very convenient so we could continue to explore London before heading to Heathrow. The room itself was compact and comfortable with all the amenities we needed for our stay.

    Very convenient, quiet and safe location! The hotel exterior is cute and appealing. The staff from the reception to cleaning, kitchen and repair are all super nice and friendly. Overall, it's a great value!

    When I booked this hotel I read various reviews saying how good it was. I was also booking for a family of 5 and finding a hotel room to accommodate all 5 of us in the one room is rare. I went with the knowledge that it would be basic but i was disappointed in the room. The room was spacious enough for all 5 of us but it was very run down. The beds were old and tired, the mattress did not fit on the bunk bed properly. The headboard on the double bed was dirty. We found a few unidentified bugs in the room too. The bathroom had been upgraded fairly recently but could quite clearly see that it hadn't been cleaned well and there was a smell of damp coming from the bathroom. Entrance to the hotel was not secure and we were able to get in the main entrance without using the room key, like we were told would be the case. It's in a great location so it's a real shame. Would not stay again and would not recommend
