Lovely suite with stunning views. Jacuzzi on the balcony. Staff were super and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious with huge choice of food in an elegant dining room. Easy walk into town and to the boat dock. Fantastic stay and will return!

They even upgraded us at no extra charge. Was here for a wedding, but now that we know this place, maybe we’ll come back and stay longer!

The hotel was Italian Classic and elegant with all modern conveniences. The service was excellent from both the kitchen personnel and reception, all requests were speedily carried out. The cleaning of our room was made daily and performed at a high standard. The breakfast included both a buffet and cooked options and were of a high quality.

Lovely hotel . Beautifully put together and maintained. Only negative for us was that our bathroom was ridiculously small for 2 adults and 2 x 14year olds. The whole hotel was used by our family who were attending a wedding elsewhere and we seemed to have the only bathroom that was disproportionate to the size of the bedroom.

Staff very nice, service was very good, Elena at the reception very warm and helpful. The only "negativ " point was that it was not enough coffee in the room and the milk was expired since May 2023. Except this, perfect.

The Hotel was beautiful and in great condition. Our room had been recently renovated including an all marble bathroom. Considering the age and history of the hotel, the owners do a great job keeping it in tiptop condition.

This place had a classic feel from the start. It felt like an elite lakeside getaway from the moment we checked in. The service was great and would be 5 star except for the delay we had checking out in the morning (we should have alerted them at check in but still feel someone on staff should be able to take care of the bill at any time). That being said, the hotel staff managed with our lack of speaking Italian. The restaurant staff did not speak any English but it didn't matter because everything was spectacular and they didn't seem to mind either. The room was not modern but still high class. The location is the premier value - it is right on the lake front and I don't think there was any other place in downtown Luino that had that. They also had free bikes and free parking and fast/free WiFi. It's also very private with only 13 rooms on site. So you don't feel crowded in any way. Would definitely go back for an extended stay!

We stayed here as we passed through Luino on the way to Andermatt, Switzerland. The property has a high end historic feel, and the service was excellent. The buffet breakfast was the best we’ve experienced on this trip to Europe. Luino felt a bit sleepy, but we would definitely stay at this hotel if we were to pass through again.

A little pricey in our view, ie. The rate would be appropriate if there was a pool, gym or other facility. We were able to store our bycicles safely in the garage. Overall a comfortable experience.

The manager was still there waiting for us when we arrived and helped use carry our luggage up to our very nice room.. Well it was actually 3 large rooms in 1. Cannot fault the hotel or the staff, especially the brilliant bar manager who's Scotish but speaks fluent Italin and German and is super knowledgeable about the area. Beautiful location. Yes the decor is a little dated but is in perfect keeping with the look of the hotel and it's super clean. Would stay there again anytime.

Room was very large and comfortable. We were recommended to go on boat trips around the islands, which were excellent. Plenty of parking space. Overall really enjoyed our stay and will return whenever in the area.
