Amazing stay at this hotel!

Amazing experience at this wonderful hotel; the location in Cannero Riviera is perfect, very close to the place where we can take the ferry and literally on the promenade along the lake. We had a room with a view on the lake and it was magical. The breakfast is the best breakfast we ever had; so many options! We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and we didn't expect such a high quality. The price was more than reasonable for the experience we had. Everybody at the hotel was very welcoming and we really hada great stay.

Brilliant stay in stunning location

Fantastic location. Rooms with lake view are amazing. We loved Cannero Riviera, great place to wander around and relax. Staff were really helpful, special thanks to Juliana on reception and Elizabeth in bar of Cannero Hotel

Water was only warm for a lot of the time, so a hot shower was not always possible. Swimming pool not heated so rather cold in October

The very best out of all the hotels I've ever stayed at in Italy (and I've stayed at more than 50).

This hotel is bright, elegant and very comfortable - it must have recently been renovated to a very high standard. The room had a balcony overlooking the lake but partially shader by beautiful trees. There were many hidden areas on terraces near the pool so it was easy to get privacy and shade.

- beautiful location - amazing breakfast - nice pool & welness

- ac broke down and started blowing hot air in the middle of the night - told to park up the hill while more nearby places were available but these were for other guests. If you had a porsche you could even park in front of the hotel - told them it was our honeymoon , they said they would do something special , and they did. They gave us a plate of stale cookies and old half rotten fruit. Hopefully not a metaphor for our marriage

The hotel has a magical location. So, it has everything to make the guests' holidays exceptional.

Upon our arrival, the welcome was average. Once in our room, the cleanness was average and the toilet was below average. I had to ask the receptionist to pass by to clean the toilet.

Great location, swimming in the lake

Great location by the lake. We really enjoyed the opportunity to go for a morning/evening swim. Also the pool area is nice. Good selection for breakfast. The village itself is beautiful and not as crowded as many others.

The ferry connections to other villages are not that many. Good destination when travelling with your own car (or by bus, I assume).

It's sad to be disappointed by something so simple to solve by the owners of the place.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Very easy to move on foot with wonderful landscapes around.

Restaurant staff always stressed and grumpy. Despite the possibility of a quick snack in the evening being mentioned on the menu, I was told that there was no time or staff to fulfill my order. Taking into account that the hotel charges for a service that is at least friendly, unfortunately I would not recommend this accommodation option to my friends. From a certain amount, having a clean room, good and cozy accommodation, go unnoticed when something so simple happens.

Comfortable and tranquil.

Cannero is a lovely location, a peaceful and characterful little lakeside town. The hotel is in lovely grounds right on the lakefront, and has a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The hotel restaurant is excellent, and there is a choice of other good-quality places to eat in the town. Hotel breakfasts are excellent.

Minor initial problems over soap dispensers and wi-fi access, but these were quickly sorted out.

I was given a better room with spectacular view, the staff were helpful. The comfort room with quiet location made it perfect to me. I highly recommend this hotel and sure I’ll be back again.

Very nice rooms, clean and great location on the promenade. we booked the room facing the lake with a small balcony which was perfect. staff was very friendly and helpful. Rich breakfast which can be taken great sitting right on the lake.

the only drawback we found is that they gave no coffee/tea on the rooms.. we missed it after a long day when we wanted to just sit and relax at her balcony with a cup of coffee.. you should add it to the rooms.

location, gorgeous pool, building decor, style, parking was generous, gorgeous grounds, elevator, breakfast was typical just had more carbs and fruit options, hot bacon and mushrooms.

not impressed w/ breakfast for 20 Euros, thin walls especially in the bathrooms- can hear everything! (close the bath door)

Beautiful hotel in beautiful position but would not want to revisit

We loved the appearance and style of the hotel. The location was excellent for those wanting a quiet, peaceful time in lovely surroundings

The atmosphere was a little too peaceful and quiet!! Staff efficient but a few smiles would not have gone amiss Room too hot, when asked how to lower temperature was told to open the window (surprising for such a well appointed building)

We loved this hotel and it far exceeded our expectations. Firstly it is perfectly located with the rooms facing Lake Maggiore. Our room on the third floor was spacious, with beautiful views. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Modern, classy interior. Excellent value for money hotel.
