Despite the outdoor temperature beeing 13 centigrade the room was incredibly hot and turning down the ac i ly made it warmer. This in combination with not seeing able to open the window made my stay very uncomfortable. One of two elevators where out of order and both the sink and shower drain in my room flooded from even the lowest flow. The cleaning crew completely ignored the DND sign on the door and came in during an important meeting.

Airport Shuttle and Proximity to Diegem train station made the location ideal. Room was modern and clean with plenty of power outlets. Free Wifi was a bit slow but functional enough for basic tasks.

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are nice. The restaurant staff were not helpful at all. You had to ask them for services. They had no idea how much your bill was. You had to go to the register and tell them what you had in order to pay. I would give the restaurant a -1.

For an airport area hotel it is excellent. There is no view but to be expected. Food is delicious and the burger was cooked outside on a large grille! yum! Very clean and spacious. Linens were great.

This hotel was a great find for an overnight stay prior to flying out of Brussels. The hotel is located right at the Diegem train stop for easy access from/to the city, and also offers a free shuttle service from the airport. The location is a 15 minute drive to the airport but is located far enough away to avoid airport noise. There were not many restaurants nearby, but the hotel restaurant was excellent. Best of all, it was a really good value! Would stay here again.....

The front desk staff was amazing, helpful and so welcoming. The shuttle service to the airport was a plus. The breakfast was amazing and had a variety of breads, hot food, salad ingredients, pastries, fresh fruit juices and shots. There was also a good assortment of jams, yogurts, fruits, cereals, and more. Will definetly return. Oh and Deborah (from Spain) at the front desk was exceptionally nice, had great customer service skills. I think she will do some amazing things for the company if given the chance.

Such a wonderful stay! 7 mins from the airport with the hotel free shuttle. The room was spacious and super clean (two queen beds + baby crib). Good quality toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, etc) were available in big bottles. A toothpaste for the kids + lofa were provided as well (such a lovely gesture ❤️). Would definitely stay there again during our next visit to Brussels.

We chose this hotel mainly for its proximity to the airport, but it was one of the nicest rooms we stayed in during our time in Belgium. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was so quiet. It was a great way to end our first trip to Belgium.

Checked out of hotel at 4:30am. All air flights cancelled for day in Brussels. Staff reversed my checkout, provided breakfast, and we were able to book an additional night to catch a flight tomorrow. Exceptional customer service. Kind and understanding.
