    We had a very pleasant stay at the 9Hotel Central. The room was very comfortable, the service was great, and served a very good breakfast. The location is perfect, near the train station and sights.

    I had such a great stay at this hotel! My room was actually bigger than I expected it would be and the location was safe and walkable to many places. It was also close enough to the train station coming in from Netherlands. The room was clean and complete with all amenities with the exception of a fridge. I was also allowed to store my luggage after check out. I'd definitely stay here again!

    Upon our arrival we have found out that the room is in the basement of the building, with windows below sidewalk level. The room was in the corridor with some technical facilities and had a terrible smell of dampness and mold. We brought up our disappointment to reception lady. She agreed to cancel our booking and return the money. Unfortunately, we never got the money back. When we contacted the hotel, they told us that they made the refund, but declined to provide any proof or help us further. So: 1. If you see that the last room is available - don't book it, you will live in the sever with the rats 2. Don't expect honest communication or responsible handling of your money from this hotel.
