Very much enjoyed our stay. 4 star rating, there was a couple of disappointments. No bellman upon arrival so we had to struggle with our luggage. We couldn’t get into our room until 6 pm so we had a round or two of drinks in the rooftop restaurant. Hotel comp us one round which was appreciated. Rooms are beautiful. Hot water availability for showers was hit and miss. Beds very firm . Coffee in rooms is mediocre at best, however coffee in the Somni restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was very enjoyable. Roof top restaurant had excellent food and service . Concierge Richard and Isaac were excellent and helped with tour and restaurant reservations.

Beyond beautiful hotel, absolutely amazing staff, convenient location in the center of Barcelona with beautifully decorated rooms, spa , lobby and rooftop. Grateful for all the kindness and hospitality from all the amazing people working in this hotel.

The one Barcelona is beautiful, very convenient location. Luxury service from my arrival to my departure. All the amazing staff members anticipated my needs with everything. Loved the room I had, that I didn’t want to leave it. Beautiful bathroom. The bed was like sleeping in the air or flouting in the Mediterranean sea, Super comfortable. All amenities and decor, superb.
Very impress of the hotel. I highly recommended it. Staff is super friendly and very attentive.

The location is amazing. Walking distance from many of the top tourist attractions - and right down the street from the jewel of Barcelona the Sagrada Familia. The lobby is very elegant and a beautiful place to meet. The rooms and dipping pool are small but luxurious. But the best were the blow-your-mind amazing views from the rooftop pool. You can float in the pool while seeing the top of the Sagrada Familia to your left and Gaudi's Casa Batilo to your right. I suggest to go up there at night as it becomes quite a hotspot to have a cocktail, especially for the under 30 crowd. Expensive for the room size but in my opinion, worth the splurge. I would stay there again.
