the hotel is stunning the breakfast is among the best in the world.Hotel is genuine 5 star

what went wrong was Bookings offering a free limo service from the airport to the hotel.They sent a guy in dirty track pants and t shirts who then told us that we had too much luggage.I said when offered the booking we would have 3 suitcases and two roll ons. So what was organised for us was a COROLLA .How was that going to take 2 people and all that luggage.Of course you can't talk to any body from Bookings so that makes matters worse.We had to pay for a cab to the hotel ourselves. I have used Bookings for many years but that was the last time.

As always, The Majestic treated us to exceptional staff service and very comfortable rooms. The bathtubs are some of the best in Europe and the breakfast IS the very best! ALWAYS get the breakfast, you will be very glad you did.

I have no complaints, this was my 4th stay and The Majestic is my home in Barcelona !

I Know this hotel since 16 years and it is still the best and the most authentic and classy place to stay in the heart of Barcelona. Everything war perfect . Particularly the staff . They Are all amazing. Has a great experience with Mr Marcelo From the Guest relations. Will Never thank him enough for his lovely assistance . The Ladies in the reception were adorable.

The hotel is good quality but the fact that the wifi is non existent in the room is very bad for a 5 star hotel. The internet was akin to something you would expected had 10-15 years ago. After many requests I was given a small router, but in the end I had to checkout early as the wifi was so poor I was unable to take calls in my room or do any work.

The WIFI is shockingly bad. If you plan to do any work such as make calls on video etc or any otherline of work online I would not stay here if you are a business man.
