The staff were exceptional in every respect, including their command of English. They handled all our needs, especially getting transport promptly for a group of 9. Also pre arrival communication was outstanding.

Pricing could have been better for comparable hotels.

Loved the rooftop pool, bar and service was great at the pool. Sometimes a shame it wasn’t open though and there was event in the evening so hotel guests couldn’t use it. Air con was awesome

Nothing of note apart from the room did have a slight smoking smell.

Everything! Staff was nice, it was very clean and beautifully designed, breakfasts were good, and the room was really comfortable.

Wish the pool and roof deck was open until 10pm.

The lighting of the room was terrible as there was no lights on the wall just basic lamps on the side that you couldn’t see anything in your room at night which made it impossible. Cloudy days were also a nightmare . We had a family room as well and one of the kids rooms had a makeshift window was faced the shaft wall hence no sunlight into the room day ir night. It was terrible. Breakfast was very basic and not representative of the expensive price for the hotel. We celebrated a bday and I asked the staff just for a candle at breakfast and was told the entire hotel had run out ! They only give you one bottle of water at check in and don’t refill that water again in your room so be aware.
