First of all the location of the hotel is very good is is located near the Plaza de Catalunya near the shopping area and restaurants. Opposite the hotel there is a taxi station and 2 minutes away is the metro.
Everything was good and I would stay again. The only think I really dislike was that we were a family of 5 and the one room was away from the other room although I have requested on booking.com for a family room.

Location is good and some of the staff are helpful.
You can hear the doors banging in the morning
Bed is not comfortable
There are no assistants to help you with the baggage when you check-in
