In very good location. Next to metreo station and car parking. They were late to give us room keys, bet instead of it we got cuppons for drink and next day they let us to check out later. That was very neccessary for us with a 8 month baby. Thank you 🙂🙏🏻

Amazing location in city centre, highly recommended for traveler like to shopping and see all nice attractions in the city. Room is wonderful clean and good size. The staff is really friendly and helpful.

Fantastic central location, as central as you can possibly be, easy access from airport bus and metro. Staff friendly, lovely charismatic building. Comfy beds, nice pool area. Would definitely return!

If you have a room facing onto the street, the drawback of the location is it is a bit noisy and the windows don’t block out any noise, I actually thought they were open! But to be expected based on the location. For a family regarding breakfast, we didn’t have it because it was expensive at 25 euros each. Looked nice though!

The hotel is in a perfect location to explore Barcelona I was travelling on my birthday but didnt mention it during check in. I was surprised when someone later that day knocked on my room door with fruits and champagne and a happy birthday card! I ve been travelling around europe on my birthday every year and this is the first time something like that happening!

We travelled at the end of October and it was raining every single day. The temperature was 14-20 degrees and still the hotel has cold aircoditioning on. I switched it to warm but there was no change It was still very cold for us in the room I was surprised to see that there were no duvets on the beds and no duvets on the closets The “blanket”they had on the beds was the same thickness as the bedsheets I went to the reception to ask for some duvets especially for the kids The answer was they have no duvets! Just some blankets that looked like they ve been there since world war II It gets even worse when i opened the duvet 3 bugs fell out of it and it was smelling bad I went back to the reception together with the blanket they just gave me and one of the bugs The staff was looking at each other not saying anything in english. They just got the blanket and gave me new ones identical with the others I was afraid to sleep on the room beds after that scared of bed bugs.the kids were scared too The room was still cold for us and we slept fully clothed for the duration of the stay No one asked anything during check out. No one apologized. They didnt even ask “how was your stay?” This was our first time experiencing a hotel with no duvets to sleep especially at the price of more than 1000€ for 3 nights
