The reception staff were really helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is very convenient, and is very close to a metro station. Some amazing restaurants also very close by, and an awesome cafe 365.
There was a massive street party going on in the nearby square, will extremely loud music playing until 1am, making it impossible to sleep. Obviously you cannot blame the hotel for this. However I would certainly double-check for any street parties next time before booking, otherwise it's a bit pointless.
Pillows were quite uncomfortable.

Great location
Looked very old, needed some repairs. Aircon was very bad didn’t work at all and windows were locked we didn’t have fresh air felt very suffocated. When asked staff to unlock the window cause aircon wasn’t working we couldn’t sleep cause of the outside noise
