    During my trip to Barcelona, I suffered a sudden and painful back injury that forced me to extend my stay for a week—and I am so grateful I chose this hotel. From the moment I checked in, Facundo and the team provided incredible support. They kindly helped arrange transport to my chiropractic clinic, made sure I had meals delivered to my room when I couldn't move well, and even checked in on me regularly with sincere warmth and concern. The room itself was peaceful, clean, and perfectly set up for rest and recovery, which made a huge difference in my healing process. Thanks to chiropractic care and the outstanding hospitality from the hotel staff, I was able to recover both physically and mentally during this difficult time. I can’t thank them enough. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a hotel in Barcelona—not only for its amenities and comfort but for the genuinely kind people behind it. By the way the restaurant on the 6th floor was true gem in Barcelona for breakfast and dinner. I strongly recommend you to try.

    Bad things: - AC panel doesn't show temp and room got hot at night - Power linked to a motion sensor and turns off periodically - Not much common space available for work etc outside of the room Good things: - Very centrally located - Friendly and helpful staff

    The concierge were amazing and super helpful. Rooms weren’t very clean. Beds are comfortable. Lacked basic amenities and a few items weren’t replaced properly daily. Would rate as a 3 star instead of 4. Good location.
