We had a room with a pool, which was pretty expensive but so awesome to have
There was mould in our room - we didn't notice until the last night quite late, but it was pretty bad. If we had noticed earlier we would have asked to switch rooms. We weren't offered any kind of comp as an apology or anything, which I thought was a bit off considering how much the room was.

It was central to everything and easy to get around and the room was clean + a good size for two people.
The lift constantly had issues and our room key didn’t work most of the time, meaning we needed to keep going back down to reception - super annoying!

Breakfast was nice. But facility overall could use some work.
The elevator was a hot box and the one of the left has to go all the way to the 6th floor before going to your floor.. its kind of frustrating. Also this hotel holds the record for most deactivated cards I ever had. 10 different cards needed as the previous one would not work and I only stayed there 3 nights.. Lastly, the walls were thin.. too easy to hear everything next door.
