    We liked our room and the AC worked well. Room was cleaned very well daily. Very good access to transportation and nice restaurants, market, etc.

    Great location. Metro in 5 minutes! Bus stop just in the opposite road. Room is clean and tidy! Have kettle to enjoy the hot tea! However, the lighting in the bathroom is not good, it kept flashing. Although I have informed the staff to fix it every single morning, the lighting still had a problem until I checked out the room.

    The rooms are exhorbitantlly priced and exceptionally small and dingy when you get inside. I got into my room and found out that it just ended as soon as you step in! The bathroom had hair had all over the floor and the bathtub. The hygiene was horrible. Such was my dissapointment that I almost decided to change the hotel without the refund. And during my stay i saw many tourists coming over to the reception to express the same concerns !! However there was one understanding lady at the reception who gave me an upgrade so my stay was bearable. But there was this *** who would be there on night shifts and must say the guy needs to be schooled in hospitality. I went to discuss a matter with him and he seemed to disagree with me (which is absolutely fine), but then a moment later he starts to ABUSE me in Catalan! - are you kidding me !!!
