They refused to add my nights points on the loyalty program and that I didn’t like and what’s shocked they did this or replied me with this as I need expected this to happen

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Barcelona. Our room was wonderful, and the breakfast was honestly the best we’ve had anywhere. Highly recommended.
