Stunning hotel with incredible design and views. Bruno, Semret, Patricia and Marcela were absolutely outstanding warm, attentive and went above and beyond to make my stay special. Truly exceptional staff.

The staff is very friendly and well trained. Also you really feel that you are in a 5 star hotel with care for detail.
We loved it! But the only thing we thought it could improve was the breakfast.

It was relatively central
It didn’t feel refined, I had made requests to my room on two occasions and they weren’t followed through. Argument with the night staff at reception when there was a miscommunication regarding a dinner reservation and no apologies were made. Insects found in the room but no explanation as to how or what was done about it
