Good location and nice staff
The housekeeper did not nock the door before opening the door so that was a bit frustrating. I couldn’t have put up the “do not disturb” sign before I didn’t have one. I called the reception afterwards and they were very apologetic.

great location. All the staff were nice except one.
One of the evening receptionists that looked like the singer Gary Newman. One colleague had stayed one night and was due to travel to Girona the next day. Her luggage was held by reception. She then decided to stay ion Barcelona with the rest of us. We asked if there were rooms available. "Gary" said "yes" however he did not want to sell it to her as he wanted to keep spare rooms in case other guests wanted to change rooms. Gary refused to get a manager or give us his name. We ended up booking via Booking.com on the spot and were able to secure the room.
