    OMG! Absolutely stunning hotel. The room was perfect, the staff were friendly. The location was just right outside passeig shopping street with so many shops nearby. Would recommend to stay here if you are a first timer in Barcelona. Super convenient

    I booked a Single Superior Room. The room was perfectly clean, and the staff were very very friendly, especially on the reception. The location is perfect and feels absolutely safe even at nights. Special thanks to the cleaning ladies - they did a supply refill after they cleaned the room - I know this is a basic minimum, but this is not what we got for example in Berlin. The breakfast is served until 11 AM and this is a big plus, because some people cannot get up early etc. The breakfast itself was healthy and rich, and included a lot of different food options. My room has a bathtub — do I even need to explain how great is it? Yes, the price wasn’t too low, however this hotel made my stay — I enjoyed Barcelona more than I enjoyed any other city in Europe. Muchas gracias guys, you are an example of how the high quality hotel should function 🙏

    我和家人在这里住了一周，我已经是第四次到访巴塞罗那，这家在巴塞罗那的酒店中客房标准算是中等偏上，几乎所有的工作人员也都乐于提供帮助并且能够很快响应并解决问题。整体而言我在这里的体验是相当正面的。唯一不好的体验是前台有位名叫***的女士，非常的不礼貌，也不愿提供帮助。我夫人到前台寻求帮助时，她问我夫人订房人的名字，我夫人用中文发音读了我的名字，这位***无法识别，并表示我的夫人应该好好学习英语。我今年快40岁了，经常旅行，从未遇到过如此无礼的酒店前台。后续我去前台时，遇到了同样的问题，作为一个经常旅行的人，我友善的拼出了我的名字，以便***女士查找，但以命令的口吻让我读出来，不要拼出来，而我用中文正确读音读出来，她又无法识别，随后她又用英语拼法读我的名字，我说这个读法不对，被她直接无视，只看着屏幕头也不抬的问我，她拼错的那个读音是不是我。后续由于圣家堂的网上预定不支持中国的大部分信用卡，我使用了酒店的票务服务，但是发现酒店给到我的预定邮箱有误，无法激活圣家堂官方APP，而我们当天就要去参观了，我找到前台求助，是***当值，她告诉我他们只是代订，让我到了圣家堂现场找工作人员解决，好在我回房间电话了圣家堂票务，得到的反馈是由于我并非通过官方渠道购票，我需要找购票平台求助。我再次找到***，她给酒店的购票平台打了电话，果然是邮箱错误。试想如果我真的到了现场再去沟通，圣家堂的票是有严格时间限制的，错过了入场时间我全家飞行12个小时来巴塞罗那却无法进去圣家堂，那将是多么可怕的事情。我使用酒店的代订服务是支付了服务费的，我不认为我应该浪费我宝贵的时间从中反复协调这件事情，而沟通过程中我全程没有得到应有的尊重。而在更早些的一些沟通中，她总是打断我说的话，并且告诉我她听不懂我说什么，我不得不安抚她的情绪后再沟通具体事项。我承认我的英语达不到母语水平，毕竟那本就不是我的母语，但我也是走遍了全球各地，从未有人说我的英语听不懂，且我与***的其他所有同事也都能正常的交流。我将来肯定还会到访巴塞罗那，可能也还会再入住这家酒店，除了***，我还挺喜欢这家酒店的。
