Excellent views of mount Fuji. Just 1 km from the station. The staff is so friendly they dropped us back to the EKI, station. Excellent breakfast, so tasty and we could see Mt Fuji from our room. Highly recommended

We had a very pleasant stay here..The hotel was lovely, with comfortable beds and a spacious room. One of the highlights was the beautiful view of Mt. Fuji from our room and the hotel’s viewing deck. It was so convenient to enjoy the stunning scenery and take great photos without having to line up at popular photo spots. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from Kawaguchiko Station, and transportation options are limited, so we had to walk for around 19 minutes. However, the walk turned out to be enjoyable and gave us more time to appreciate the charm of the town. Another plus is that the hotel offers a reserved shuttle to the station upon checkout, starting at 9:00 AM, which was very helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with beautiful scenery.

Everything was great, especially the view. We can really see the mountain right through the window room. We could awake at dawn and still the mountain looks so clear. It was a breathtaking moment to be able seeing it without any distraction. The staff themselves were so quick and responsive too. I'd definitely book it whenever Im around to see mount Fuji in future.

Staff was good. Location pretty far from kawaguchiko station. morning they have shuttle bus, but if you want to go back hotel dont have shuttle. Location was not really good, very near cemetery. Night was really dark , you have to pass by the cemetery to get to the hotel. Breakfast everyday given the same menu, im bored of that. Sorry
